If your blog post's featured images are fairly low resolution, you may want to delete the top image canvas. Your blog will still look gorgeous, but the top banner section looks best when you upload an image that's 2500px on the long side. You can also use our fave TinyJpeg to make them small so your blog posts still load quickly!

BEHIND THE LENS

MEET Claire

Capturing love, connection, and timeless beauty in every wedding and lifestyle session.

An editorial and cinematic wedding photographer based in the breathtaking landscapes of Northern California. My journey as a wedding photographer began in 2016, shortly after I graduated from UC Berkeley. Photography started as a creative outlet for me as I worked towards a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology but each year that my business grew, my passion for storytelling grew with it. After completing my doctorate, I decided to venture on the path less taken (or likely never taken) and apply the incredible skills learned in my graduate training towards a career as a wedding photographer.  This has given me the ability to capture not just moments, but emotions, creating timeless visual narratives that reflect the genuine essence of each couple's love story. My awareness of emotions allows me to better connect with clients, translating their stories into captivating and authentic images. Driven by both artistic passion and psychological understanding, I aim to transform weddings into art, preserving the beauty of emotional connections that last a lifetime.

While Northern California is my home and my muse, my love for photography knows no boundaries. I've had the honor of traveling to capture destination weddings, crafting timeless images that reflect the essence of love in the most extraordinary settings.

I hope as you browse through this site you enjoy my work and you will be able to see how much I love capturing raw and authentic moments with all natural lighting!

"While there is perhaps a province in which the photograph can tell us nothing more than what we see with our own eyes, there is another in which it proves to us how little our eyes permit us to see.”
